WHEN WILL MY ITEM BE SHIPPED?

Items are processed through a fulfillment period before they are dispatched.
99% of orders leave the warehouse within 2-5 days of payment.
You will receive a prompt notification email when your items have been shipped.

WHEN WILL MY ITEM(S) ARRIVE?

Items will be delivered between 2-3 weeks.
This may be a little longer for international delivery.
Not to worry-We track your packages the whole way.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be
sent in separate packages.
Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to change, refund or cancel your order, you are allowed to do so only before your item has been shipped. Once we have sent out your shipping confirmation email, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT OR DAMAGED PRODUCT?

If you have received a damaged or wrong product, please send image proof to support@ashleybeaumont.com and we will replace your product free of charge.
